Radiant House
Overview
Built in 1994 for FutureWorld in Milton Keynes, the 5.5 tonne stressed-skin plywood roof of Radiant House is supported only by glass – a feat achieved in collaboration with engineer Mark Lovell. Its current owners emailed recently to say: ‘We adore this house. When it came on the market in 2007 we thought all our dreams had come true!’
